Week 1: cover Paper 1
Land law, contract, agency, tenancy, mortgage, co-ownership and succession. Read one topic, then answer 20 questions on it the same day.
Week 2: cover Paper 2
Regulation, marketing, HDB, leasing, property tax and stamp duties, and finance. Do the calculations by hand: BSD/ABSD, SSD and TDSR/MSR.
Week 3: weak topics and case studies
Revisit every topic where you scored under 70%. Do at least two Section B case studies a day; see the Section B guide.
Week 4: timed mocks
Sit full 80-question papers under 2.5 hours. Review every wrong answer and note why the distractor looked right. Stop learning new material in the last two days; rest and do light review.
Daily minimum
- 40–60 questions a day, answered before checking notes.
- Review yesterday’s mistakes first.
